Digita plans and carries out monitoring services according to the customer’s requirements. Digita has at its disposal, in addition to solid expertise, technologies and procedures that employ the best current practices to ensure a functional environment for real-time and reliable monitoring.

We also offer separate, tailor-made solutions for the planning and implementation of monitoring systems.

  • Launching and coordination of fault repair
  • Situation reports on fault repair and work progress

  • 24/7 control room readiness with at least two personnel on call

Notifications for fault situations are made by a method suitable for the customer, either by phone, SMS or email.

The analysis and reporting of fault situations are tailored according to the customer’s needs. The service is priced based on either events or a standard contract rate.

Fault repair services

Digita’s nationwide organisation and update system enable fault repair anywhere in Finland. We guarantee that our specialists will be on-site for fault repairs when needed within three hours of receiving the work request.

Our on-site fault repair services include, for example:

  • Reset of equipment
  • Replacement equipment, application updates
  • On-site fault analysis and possible initiations of backup systems
  • Launch of fault repair in cooperation with hardware suppliers
  • Analysis of data communication faults and launch of fault repairs with network operators
  • Lease and delivery of low-power (approx. 10kW) reserve power generators for electrical faults
  • The availability of reserve power generators must be checked separately
  • Fault repair work performed in masts. Mast works always require at least two personnel.
