Working at Digita
We are the workplace of 180 members of the Digita family across Finland. Our main office is located in Vallila, Helsinki, and we also have a Service Operations Centre in Pasila, Helsinki, and broadcasting stations all the way from Espoo to Inari.

Pay and bonuses
The key principles of our pay and bonus systems are competitiveness, fairness, incentives, consistency and sustainability. The elements of our pay and bonus systems are a monthly base salary, special bonuses, incentives and a sales commission scheme.
Knowledge of the personnel structure and working conditions of Digita, early support and active internal cooperation between the management, supervisors, employees and health and safety representatives as well as the established partnership with the occupational healthcare provider are the cornerstones of the development of the wellbeing and safe work environment of all Digita employees.
Moreover, the occupational healthcare services we offer are more comprehensive than the standard statutory services, meaning that Digita employees benefit from access to appointments with a general practitioner and consultations and examinations carried out by consultants, including x-ray and laboratory tests, as well as eye tests and gynaecological examinations and physiotherapy.
Wellbeing and exercise
Digita employees are entitled to Edenred’s wellbeing vouchers to fund their hobbies, including exercise and cultural activities, and we also have our own internal recreational activities. Over the years Digita teams have participated for example in the Jukola Relay race and a few other sporting events. Every Digita employee is welcome to join a team.
Lunch at work
Digita employees have the opportunity to use Edenred’s lunch card for food expenses at work. We support our employees in the management of the balance of the Edenred lunch card.
Holiday property for Digita employees
Our old broadcasting station at Ounasvaara has been renovated and repurposed into a holiday property for Digita employees. The Ounasvaara property is available for hire throughout the year for Digita employees.
