Digita has joined Resilience Center Finland as a member. For Digita, the membership is a natural continuation of its long-term work to safeguard critical connections for the needs of society, industry, and other environments that require high operational reliability.
Resilience Center Finland was established on the initiative of Minister Elina Valtonen, and its aim is to bring together Finnish expertise in security of supply, crisis preparedness, and comprehensive security from both the public and private sectors, while also increasing its international visibility. At its core, this is about certainty, preparedness, and society’s ability to function in all situations.
“This way of thinking is very familiar to Digita. We have long been part of Finland’s security of supply and preparedness, and we see this work as both a duty and an honour,” says Digita CEO Riku Helander.
“For us, Mission Critical Communications and Mission Critical Networks mean reliable connections in environments where connectivity must function without interruption under all circumstances — both in critical functions of society and in the needs of industry, mines, ports, and other operational environments,” Helander continues.
Public networks serve everyday needs, while authority networks serve their own specific purposes, but alongside them there is also a need for additional assurance in special situations. Digita’s role in this work has long been clear: we help build continuity, stability, and certainty as part of society’s critical infrastructure. Our long history, stable operations, and reliability make us a partner that can be relied on when operational continuity matters most.
Resilience Center Finland aims to make Finnish expertise in crisis preparedness and resilience visible to international partners as well.
“It is great to be part of this broader effort to strengthen both Finnish preparedness and the international visibility of Finnish expertise. Thank you for the good cooperation, Markku Rajamäki and Leena Nyman from Resilience Center Finland,” says Mervi Ryynänen, Sales Director for Mission Critical business.
Connections matter — especially in environments where operations must continue under all circumstances.
