We at Digita have been awarded the Great Place to Work ® certification.

The certification is an internationally recognized acknowledgement of a positive employee experience, and it is granted based on employees’ own assessments of everyday working life, trust, and leadership.

The certification is important feedback for us, showing that our long-term work to build a great workplace is reflected in our employees’ experiences. The survey results particularly highlighted equality, team spirit, and a strong sense of community. Digita employees feel they are given responsibility, that their work is meaningful, and that they are part of a workplace where everyone can be themselves.
